Liberal Arts Banquet Facility: Frequent Questions

FAQs: Q. How soon after my event will I receive my security deposit?

A. We inspect the facility the following morning and if there is no damage we refund the security deposit in full within two weeks. Any damage found is assesed according to the cost of repair plus 10% for administration. If any funds are left over then a check is issued to refund those fees.

Q. When is the final amount due before the party?

A. All monies are due two weeks prior to your event.

Q. How much of a deposit is necessary to hold my date?

A. To hold any date we need a signed contract and a deposit of $750.00.
