Arts Banquet Facility is a full service facility that can allow you
to host parties for groups up to 280 people. Whether it is a
Wedding Reception, Family Reunion, or Birthday Party, we have the
facility for you.
We have a full kitchen, large dining room, and a stage for your
band or D.J.
We only book one event per day so we can offer the flexibility that
other facilities can't offer.

Policies and Procedures Terms and
Conditions for Use
Rental and
deposit checks are to be made payable to: LIBERAL ARTS BENEVOLENT
FOUNDATION. Payment of the deposit is to be made to hold the date
and is due at contract signing. Payment of the rental fee must be
paid two weeks in advance of the event. All of the lessee's
property must be removed from the premises at the end of the rental
period specified in this agreement. Any of the lessee's property
that is not removed by the lessee is subject to disposal at
lessor's discretion. THE BANQUET HALL PIANO IS NOT TO BE MOVED. If
moved there will be a charge of $80.00 to move it back to its
present location and have it retuned. All alcoholic beverages to be
consumed at an event must be provided by the event caterer.
California state law requires an ABC permit to serve alcohol.
Guests that attempt to bring their own alcohol will be turned away
by security. Lessee will strictly observe the laws regarding the
serving of alcohol to minors. An event can be shut down by security
at any time if the guests are creating a disturbance, damaging the
building, violating the law, or otherwise violating the terms of
this agreement. In such a case the lessee forfeits all deposits and
fees.
